Aside from the regular Racing series, there are several Special events which occur annually throughout the year at the Club.

Icicle Race and New Year Social:
One 50-minute all-comers handicap race. The "Janes Trophy" goes to the first overall dinghy and the "Three Brass Monkeys" to the last dinghy. Starts at 11.30am.

All Fools Race:
Two 50-minute all-comers handicap races, both of which will count for fun prizes. First race starts at 2.00pm.

RNLI Regatta:
Three 50-minute all-comers races, one pursuit and two handicap, with the best two results to count for fun prizes. First race starts at 2.00pm.

Heron Open:
Organised by PSC for the Heron Association, this is for crewed boats comprising 3 races each of 60 minutes within one day. It is usually run in late Summer.

Topper Open:
Organised by PSC in conjunction with the Topper Association, this single day event welcomes visitors and usually attracts a high level of participation. The racing comprises four short races each of 30-40 minutes.

Youth Regatta:
Annually during the Autumn we hold a Youth Regatta which is open to all Junior Members, Pirates and Buccaneers.
